A child of the 70’s, I grew up mesmerized by “The Joy of Painting” and the “Magic Drawing Board”. From creating my own coloring pages as a small child, to completing daily sketchbook assignments for my high school sibling while I was merely 10, I have always loved creating. Every year of secondary education involved art class, art club and multiple submissions to yearly art shows. During the university years, I found a degree in business to be more practical, but still enrolled in an elective art class when possible.

As an adult, like many, I let work time constraints and stress dictate my lifestyle. In 2018, I decided to rebalance my life and started revisiting my love of painting, photography and design. Zingara Studio is a reflection of these efforts and a developing project. I’ve spent many years traveling and working with the Circus, and I like the spirit, adventurous attitude and freedom that “zingara” or “gypsy woman” embodies!

My wish is to share my love of fun events and creating. We will start with painting, and parties and have some fun. I hope you will join me.
